Making a Will - the most important thing you can do for your family
Making a Will - the most important thing you can do for your family

Making a Will is the only way to ensure that your wants and wishes are carried out after your death.

Many people put off making a Will, no one wants to think about dying, but leaving it too late can have a major impact on your family and loved ones.

With the right Will in place you can:

  • Detail who you want to inherit your estate, in what order and in what proportions
  • Make  specific gifts to family, friends and charities
  • Appoint suitable guardians for any children under 18 years of age
  • Arrange maintenance Trusts for your children, to protect their inheritance until they reach  an age you specify
  • Ensure the inheritance of your children or other beneficiaries is protected should the survivor re-marry
  • Help to reduce inheritance tax, and can even help to reduce the effect of nursing home fees
  • Make provision for family pets

Making a will is not the easiest thing to do, but Sue made this process very easy. Sue obviously cares about ensuring that individuals are guided through the process with ease. It is a thing that everyone needs to do, and having someone like Sue to guide you through the process leaves you with the knowledge that it has been done professionally and with care.

I would recommend Sue to anyone who needs to make a will, or Power of Attorney, they will have support and guidance which will enable them to do what they want to do with support and professional advice.
